Genius!

In Italy we diceded that this nice figure should be the mascot for our project. We named the mascot Genius. It is created by the Polish school and they are going to send one mascot to each participating school. Beringskolan is looking forward to the arrival of Genius.

I Italien bestämde vi att den här fina figuren ska vara maskot för vårt projekt. Vi döpte den till Genius. Den är gjord av vår partnerskola i Polen och de kommer att skicka en maskot till varje deltagande skola. Beringskolan ser fram emot Genius ankomst.

The first mobility is over!

It was a great week in Italy. We had great food, a lot of sweets and cakes. We saw a fantastic dancing performance created by the children at the school where we spent most of our time during the stay. We learned about the history of Avezzano and did some sightseeing. And! We met new friends and the whole project became a lot more distinct.

Now we are working with the next part of the project; to create christmascards and to record swedish christmas songs for the other countries. Yesterday we choose which songs to record and next week we will be practising.

Första resan är avklarad. Det var en härlig vecka i Italien. Vi fick god mat, massor med sötsaker och kakor. Vi fick se en fantastisk dansshow av eleverna från skolan där vi tillbringade det mesta av våra dagar under vistelsen. Vi fick lära oss om Avezzanos historia och åkte på lite sightseeing. Och! Vi fick nya vänner och hela projektet blev mer konkret och tydligt.

Nu jobbar vi med nästa del av projektet; att göra julkort och spela in svenska julsånger till de andra länderna. Igår bestämde vi vilka sånger vi ska spela in och nästa vecka kommer vi att öva.
